T&T Mountain Builders has been a high-performance certified Passive House Builder through PHIUS (Passive House Institute U.S.) building homes for over 19 years. Their experience as a boutique home builder allowed them to employ passive house principles that include air-tight construction, super-insulated building envelopes, high-performance European windows, and energy recovery ventilation. The vast knowledge of Passive building and their history of European window installation became a natural transition for them to focus on being a Glo European Window window and door installer for the state of Utah.
