What is a tilt & turn window?
The tilt-and-turn window style is a dual-functioning European standard that complements any architectural design style. The ability to both tilt and swing in makes them a perfect window solution when ventilation and access are desired in a space. The tilt function hinges at the bottom and rotates the window sash into the room allowing for natural airflow and protection from the rain. The turn position is a complete in-swing option allowing the full range of the window to open. The tilt and turn windows are engineered for smooth operation and excellent thermal performance and offer a multitude of color and accessory options.
What is a lift & slide door?
A lift and slide door works similar to a traditional sliding door with the exception that when the operating door panel is engaged it is raised up onto ball bearing rollers from the locked position in order to slide with ease. Essentially, the door is either lowered into a locked position or lifted up into a sliding position with the turn of a handle. The feature prevents the door from sliding until the handle is turned. The lift and slide door’s unique hardware system allows for easy, smooth operation and creates a better air seal allowing for increased energy efficiency. Our lift and slide doors are available with multiple operable panels, heights up to 10 feet, and widths up to 40 feet in width.

How long does it take to ship from the Factory to my Job site?
Shipping times depend on your location in the United States. Based on typical manufacturing times we recommend estimating lead times of 12 weeks to 14 weeks from the time of order. Recently, with the high demand for resources, we have seen increased lead times of up to 20 weeks. Since transport times vary throughout the year, we provide an estimate at the time of contract signing.
